Live streaming and TV options for 2026 season
The free-to-air broadcaster has secured a deal with FIFA alongside TV3, a pay-TV platform in Estonia. The two broadcasters had a similar agreement during the 2024 European Championships.
As part of the deal, ETV owns the rights to 33 live matches at the World Cup, including two quarter-finals, both semi-finals and the final in New Jersey on Sunday, 19 July.
Live matches are set to be split between ETV and ETV2, and coverage will include Estonian-language commentary and analysis. In previous tournaments, this has been provided by a large broadcast team that has featured Alvar Tiisler and Aet Süvari.
In addition to live matches, ETV will provide football fans with match highlights and the latest news from the tournament via regular news broadcasts, the ERR website and the ETV social media channels.
Estonian viewers can stream ETV’s World Cup content live and on demand via the ERR app, which can be downloaded for free onto iOS and Android devices. This service is available for free across the entire country.
Alternatively, fans can stream World Cup matches live through the ERR website. This can be accessed via all reputable web browsers in the country.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 will be a historic tournament, as it will be the first to feature 48 teams and a total of 104 matches throughout the event. With this deal, fans in Lithuania can watch live World Cup games on TV3.
