UseeTV history, coverage, features
UseeTV is an Indonesian interactive television service owned and operated by Telkom Indonesia. The platform saw the light on June 4, 2011 under the name Groovia TV, but that name would not last long, as it would be rebranded to UseeTV on February 15, 2014.
Over the years, UseeTV has been known for providing a different kind of pay-tv service to its users, since they have been able to pause, rewind, or replay all the content available on the platform. Added to that, UseeTV has also included the capability of storing over 600 minutes of content on their devices to watch later. If that was not enough, users may be able to access live programs seven days after their initial broadcast with its on-demand feature, which also includes clips and videos to watch whenever they want.
When it comes to sports, UseeTV has made available content for disciplines such as boxing, football, basketball, tennis, and more. Speaking about football, UseeTV has included coverage for tournaments such as the Indonesian Liga 1, Indonesian Liga 2, and Coppa Italia matches. All games or clips available on the platform may be watched both live or as repeat broadcasts. Additionally, highlights clips and sports news shows may be available on some of the channels included in the platform’s channels.
The platform is available for users via a mobile app designed to work with both iOS and Android devices. Additionally, users trying to access via a PC or laptop may do so on the platform’s website via the most popular web browsers in the world.
