CBS has secured the English-language broadcast rights for the UEFA Champions League in the United States until the end of the 2029-30 season. The six-year contract, valued at $1.5 billion, marks a significant yearly increase compared to CBS's previous deal with UEFA. The new contract kicking off from the 2024-25 season will make CBS Sports the home for the Champions League finals in the USA, with games available for streaming on Paramount+ and select matches broadcast on CBS Sports Network and CBS.

Paramount+ will serve as the go-to streaming platform for the UEFA Champions League, offering viewers the convenience of streaming live matches and accessing an extensive library of UEFA-related content. On-demand matches will remain available to stream on Paramount+ for some time, allowing subscribers to watch every minute of every game as either direct streams or replays. CBS Sports aims to cater to its diverse audience's preferences and viewing habits by combining linear networks and streaming options. The package includes UEFA Champions League highlights and auxiliary programming.

The Concacaf Nations League is broadcast in English in the United States by CBS Sports under a multi-year media rights partnership. This arrangement entails the provision of more than 200 matches via the streaming platform Paramount+, a service launched by ViacomCBS. While traditional TV channels from CBS may not carry these games, specific coverage, including pregame and postgame analysis, is available through the CBS Sports Golazo Network in addition to Paramount+.

CBS Sports has expanded its coverage of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) by adding 22 additional regular season matches to be streamed on Paramount+ and CBS Sports Golazo Network. This extension of coverage is part of an agreement with the NWSL that was established in November 2023. Under this agreement, CBS Sports is set to broadcast up to 12 matches each season on its main network, including several postseason matches and the Championship match, with up to 10 more matches shown on the CBS Sports Network each year.

The arrangement specifies that the USL Championship final will be aired on the CBS Television Network and simulcast on Paramount+, with over 20 matches scheduled for CBS Sports Network and at least 75 slated for broadcast on the Golazo Network.
