The digital advertising company has elected to cover the tournament via its YouTube channel, Aleph Arena, and through the premium streaming platform, BlastTV.
Through BlastTV, subscribers are able to watch all 104 matches from the tournament, which is set to be played over five-and-a-half weeks in the USA, Mexico and Canada. All matches are available in high definition and come with Filipino-language commentary and analysis.
Aleph are also broadcasting 40 matches from the tournament for free on the Aleph Arena YouTube channel. Of these 40 matches, the World Cup final on Sunday, 19 July, is expected to be included.
Football fans in the Philippines should also head over to the Aleph Arena YouTube channel to catch up on the latest highlights and match clips from the World Cup. Magazine-style World Cup content is also being housed on the YouTube channel.
BlastTV subscribers can stream all 104 games from the World Cup by downloading the app onto their iOS or Android smartphones, tablets and smart TVs. The Aleph Arena YouTube channel can be accessed in the same way via the YouTube app, while it can also be viewed online via the YouTube website.
The streaming platform has the rights to all 104 matches from the tournament, from the opening match through to the final on Sunday, 19 July.
World Cup coverage on Pilipinas TV is being housed on a channel named ‘World Cup TV’. To access this channel, all Pilipinas TV users must pay P1,999 for pay-per-view access, which grants access to live coverage of every match and all other additional World Cup content.
