After Chelsea was eliminated from the Champions League by Atletico Madrid, Mourinho and Hazard engaged in a public dispute over who likes the other one less. The Belgian started it off by making some provocative public statements, followed by some less than generous comments on Mou’s performance.

The midfielder stated

“Chelsea is not made to play football. We are good in playing on the counter attack, a bit like Real against Bayern.”

Hazard pictured listening to Mourinho, although according to the Portuguese, the player does not take advices from him very well

The Portuguese manager replied by publicly blaming the PFA Young Player of the Year winner for not tracking back on Juanfran’s run, in the buildup to Ateltico’s first goal. The Speical One stated:

“When comments come from a player like Eden, the comments are normal, because he's not the player to sacrifice.”

With regards to Hazard’s defensive commitment the Blues’ manager added:

“No, I'm not happy. He needs to improve.”

The graph vs Atletico clearly shows Hazard’s overwhelming commitment to the attacking phase, and almost non-existing presence behind the midfield

Despite the drama and the complicated nature of Mou’s relation with the young talent, it is unlikely that Chelsea will sell the Belgian, although there would be plenty of offers ready for him.
