The Bundesliga is now in full swing, and surprisingly, Freiburg are still holding pace with league leaders Borussia Dortmund on six points at the top of the table. Other teams who also have picked up two wins from their opening two games include Leipzig, Wolfsburg, and Bayer Leverkusen.
Here's what you need to know ahead of matchday three.

Stats and facts: What's at stake ahead of matchday three?
- Robert Lewandowski can become the first Bundesliga player to score at least brace on the first three matchdays of a season if he can score twice for Bayern against Mainz this Saturday
- He's already the first player since Roy Makaay (in 2005) to net at least two goals on the first two matchdays of one campaign
- Schalke are still the only side yet to score a goal so far this season
Talking points ahead of matchday three
Who will be the first to slip-up?
So far, five teams: Dortmund, Leipzig, Wolfsburg, Leverkusen, and Freiburg have picked up six points out of six from the opening two rounds. Certainly, someone will eventually slip up at some point, and most people will likely pick Freiburg to be the first.
Although they're in action against Koln, who have yet to win a game so far this season, Freiburg finished in 13th place last campaign and have a reputation for bouncing back and forth between the top tier and the 2.Bundesliga. So if anyone who's bound to see their nascent 100 per cent winning record crumble this round, it's bound to be them.
Of course, anything is possible, and they may go three wins from three games, and it could be Dortmund, Leipzig, Wolfsburg, or Leverkusen who may see their perfect record end at the end of this round as well. But it's likely that Freiburg could be among one of those sides, too.
The overdependence on Lewandowski reaching new heights - and it's surely a worrying fact for the club so early on in the season
Bayern have scored five goals so far. And who's scored all of them? That's right, none other than Robert Lewandowski. The Polish international's hat-trick against Schalke helped secure a victory for die Roten, and it was his brace that bailed them out from what would have been an embarrassing opening day loss to Hertha Berlin.
While this has helped propel the 31-year-old into an early lead in the goal-scoring charts, Bayern certanly don't want to become too overdependent on Lewandowski at this stage in the campaign.
