Sportsnet has secured English FA Cup rights in Canada from 2024-25 to 2027-28. The network, which operates under the umbrella of Rogers Media, shows select matches on its linear and digital platforms. Fans can watch select FA Cup matches with English language commentary after subscribing to Sportsnet’s “Premium” package on a monthly or annual basis. Both payment plans include a multi-view option that allows viewers to watch up to four matches simultaneously.Additional benefits include streaming, live and on-demand, across multiple devices using Sportsnet’s platform Sportsnet Plus. Viewers can stream FA Cup matches on mobiles and tablets (Android and iOS after downloading the app through Google Play or the App Store), smart TVs and streaming devices (Android TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Ignite TV), and gaming consoles (Xbox, PlayStation).

Rogers is the official Women’s Super League rightsholder in Canada, securing a broadcast agreement from the 2025-26 season onwards. This deal was brokered by IMG, the sports marketing agency appointed as the WSL’s international media rights distributor.As a result, Women’s Super League fans in Canada can watch live WSL games on Sportsnet’s linear and digital platforms. This includes Sportsnet One, Sportsnet Plus, and Sportsnet World, as well as the Sportsnet+ streaming service.
Canadian viewers can watch the Women’s Super League on Sportsnet channels via cable, satellite, and streaming television; however, a subscription to a third-party TV operator is required. The Rogers-owned broadcaster has acquired the rights to the Dutch top-flight league, bringing live coverage to both linear TV and digital platforms.Canadians can watch live Eredivisie games and replays on Sportsnet, specifically on Sportsnet World (also known as SN World), while both live matches and replays can be streamed on Sportsnet+.
Sportsnet’s linear TV channels showing the Dutch first division are available through cable and satellite providers such as Rogers, Shaw, Telus, Bell, Source, SaskTel, and Cogeco. However, availability is subject to change.
Meanwhile, the Sportsnet+ streaming service's HD coverage of the Eredivisie is available via a standalone subscription. Sportsnet World is an English-language sports channel located in Canada. It is owned by Rogers Media and it was launched on August 10, 2007 under the name Setanta Sports. It was later re-branded as Sportsnet 2, but it finally acquired its current name after Rogers Media operated a major rebranding of its channels in 2011. Despite being part of the Sportsnet family, Sportsnet World does not carry any of the properties owned by Sportsnet, Sportsnet One or any of the network’s regional feeds. It is defined as the “only” premium sports channel in Canada.
Sportsnet World has focused on broadcasting team sports played in Europe, such as association football and rugby. Sportsnet World has broadcast live and repeat Premier League games, along with Bundesliga matches. Added to those properties, Sportsnet World has aired FA Cup games and DFL-Supercup clashes. Their rugby coverage has seen this channel broadcasting games from the British Super League and from the National Rugby League in Australia.
Sportsnet World is also available online, but users might need to provide authentication in order to access the online platform. Said authentication will be provided by their pay-tv carrier. Added to that option, those who want to subscribe to Sportsnet World’s online service without a subscription to a pay-tv provider can do so by joining Sportsnet Now.
All events aired on the platform’s terrestrial feed will be available to watch online both live and on-demand.
