As things stand, Juventus are eight points ahead of second-placed Roma. The Bianconeri are en route to making it a sixth straight Scudetto, and gaps have begun to open up in the table. Roma are in contention for second spot, albeit Napoli will want to try to close their four point deficit as they travel to face Intero n Sunday.
Sunday will also feature another installment of the Derby della Capitale. This will be the fourth time Lazio and Roma meet this season, having met twice already in the Coppa Italia.

Serie A - Matchday 34 overview
The next few weeks will make or break whether Juventus can achieve what they have long sought - to win a coveted Treble. The Bianconeri pretty much have part one - the Scudetto race - already secured. They will take on Lazio in the finals of the Coppa Italia in June, and are 180 minutes away from featuring in the Champions League final. Having seen off Barcelona, Massimiliano Allegri's side are definitely serious contenders to clinch the biggest prize in club football, but until then, they have to turn their attention to taking on Atalanta on Friday. La Dea have had a good season, but a poor record against Juve - they haven't beaten them since February 2001.
Roma face an interesting clash against the Biancocelesti in the fourth installment of the Derby della Capitale. The Giallorossi cruised to an easy 4-1 win over Pescara to consolidate their grip on second spot and surely want to get revenge on Lazio after losing to them in the Coppa Italia semi-finals. As for the Biancocelesti, they are also in contention for Europa League football, but with Atalanta hot on their tails in the race for fourth, they obviously will not want to slip-up on Sunday.
Sunday's other big fixture will feature Inter and Napoli. The Nerazzurri are winless in their past five games and are looking increasingly in danger of missing out of European football. They naturally will be desperate to get back to winning ways, but the Partenopei have a pretty strong away record and will want to keep up pressure on Roma in the race for second.
Finally, Crotone will hope to keep their hopes at surviving the drop intact as they welcome AC Milan. The Squali are unbeaten in their past four games - winning three of them - and now have closed the gap on Empoli to just five, but they will hope that Sassuolo can do them some favors as they aim to pick up a much needed three points.
