DirecTV has acquired non-exclusive LaLiga broadcast rights in Latin America and several Caribbean territories from 2020 to 2026. The pay-TV provider’s six-year deal includes the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Martinique, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Martin, Uruguay, and Venezuela. LaLiga fans based in these territories can watch select matches and bonus LaLiga-related content on DirecTV’s group of linear channels (DSports, DSports2, DSports+). Subscribers can also watch LaLiga content both live and on-demand using DirecTV’s over-the-top (OTT) service, DGO.

DGO is accessible on multiple devices, including mobiles and tablets (Android and iOS), laptops and computers (both PCs and Macs in Chrome and Firefox web browsers), smart TVs (Samsung and LG models from 2017 and later), Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, and Android TV. Viewers already subscribed to DirecTV in several countries, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay, can access DGO at no additional cost. The streaming service is also available to purchase as a standalone package monthly with no requirement to subscribe to DirecTV. To watch LaLiga matches live, fans must select the “Full Plan” package, which allows streaming on up to four devices simultaneously.

ESPN maintains non-exclusive multimedia LaLiga broadcast rights in Latin America until 2026, following a multi-year extension. This long-term TV contract covers Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. The pay-TV provider exclusively covers up to five LaLiga matches per round and shares coverage with fellow commercial broadcaster DirecTV.

Subscribers can watch live LaLiga games on ESPN’s linear channels in Latin America, which are geo-tailored to specific locations (for instance, ESPN Argentina for Argentina, ESPN Colombia for Colombia). Streaming of matches is available via ESPN’s OTT service, Disney+, which is also geo-tailored to specific countries. LaLiga fans in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay can stream games live using Disney+ Argentina.

Viewers in Bolivia, Chile, and Peru can stream some LaLiga matches live on Disney+ Chile. Meanwhile, Disney+ Sur offers ESPN’s LaLiga games streaming for fans in Colombia, Venezuela, and Ecuador.

DAZN operates the official LaLiga Channel worldwide through a two-season partnership covering 2025-26 and 2026-27. The channel is free to access globally and is available only on the DAZN platform.

Programming includes matchday highlights of every game, LaLiga-produced content, and additional non-live formats. The service is positioned alongside DAZN's existing football properties, which feature UEFA competitions, FIFA+ programming, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the J.League.

DAZN already holds live LaLiga rights in Spain and carries coverage in markets such as Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Japan, and Belgium. The LaLiga Channel adds a global highlights package to those existing agreements.
