Bell Media has secured LaLiga media rights in Canada from 2021 to 2029 following ESPN’s long-term deal with Spanish football’s top flight. As per its long-term deal, Bell Media’s sports networks TSN and RDS now have digital and linear broadcast rights to LaLiga in English and French-language commentary, respectively.
Live and on-demand streaming of LaLiga games and key match highlights are accessible for subscribers to TSN Direct and RDS Direct via the networks’ respective websites (TSN.ca and RDS.ca) and on their respective TSN and RDS corresponding apps. Furthermore, TSN’s SPORTSCENTRE and RDS’s SPORTS 30 offer coverage of LaLiga ties in addition to highlights, pre and post-match analysis, and curated shows.

As per its long-term deal, Bell Media’s sports networks TSN and RDS now have digital and linear broadcast rights to LaLiga in English and French-language commentary, respectively. Previously, LaLiga media rights in Canada and the USA were held by beIN Sports, which served as the exclusive English and Spanish language broadcaster. Bell Media has secured English- and French-language broadcast rights to Canada's Northern Super League (NSL). TSN shows live NSL matches in English, whereas RDS provides live coverage with French commentary, with a particular focus on the Montreal team.
Several NSL matches are scheduled on TSN and RDS’ linear networks, but subscribers of both platforms can stream the NSL live and on-demand in Canada on the TSN App and RDS Sport app as well.

RDS, short for "Réseau des sports," is a French-language sports channel based in Canada and owned by CTV Specialty Television Inc. Since its launch in September 1989, RDS has served as the go-to broadcaster for a wide array of sports and competitions, catering to French-speaking sports fans across the nation. It is the French-language counterpart to the English-language TSN, with RDS2 and RDS Info its sister channels.RDS has broadcast major sports competitions and events since its launch. These include National Hockey League games featuring the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators, along with the NHL All-Star Game and Skills Contest. In addition to hockey, the Canadian Football League (CFL), National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA), Formula 1, UFC fights, and the PGA Tour have all featured on RDS.
