TV5MONDE USA, also known as TV5MONDE ÉTATS-UNIS, is a French-language pay-TV channel that broadcasts in the United States. It is one of several international feeds operated by the French public television network TV5MONDE, with the U.S. channel created in 1996.

TV5MONDE USA, which airs in high definition on select providers, is available nationwide, with major cable, satellite, and streaming television providers offering the channel across several markets. This includes major cities on both the East and West Coasts, such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, New Orleans, San Diego, Boston, Washington D.C., and Seattle.

TV5MONDE ÉTATS-UNIS provides a diverse array of French-language programming, including movies, series, news and news magazines, documentaries, lifestyle shows, and live sports. The channel has aired premium French sports programming in the U.S., including top-flight soccer league Ligue 1 and matches featuring French giants PSG, as well as the Tour de France.
