A struggling Milan will travel to Juventus Stadium to take on La Vecchia Signora that have not lost in the current domestic campaign.

The huge Juventus vs Milan Serie A TIM match comes up on Sunday, October 6, 2013.Preview: Both clubs are struggling, but the Rossoneri are worst off

Both AC Milan and Juventus are two of the most historic clubs in Italian Football, but at the moment, they do not look like it.

The visitors have it much worst than Juventus at the moment. Allegri's side is full of injuries, and they have been unable to sort out their defensive issues. From six Serie A matches, the Rossoneri have conceded 10 goals, which leaves them with an average of 1.7 goals against per match.

With only one cleansheet in the current Serie A campaign, Allegri is hopeful that his defensive issues can get sorted out sooner rather than later. Going up against a Juventus side that has 11 goals and only four conceded could cause more headaches for the visitors.

Making matters even worst for Allegri is the fact that Mario Balotelli will miss this match, due to his three match suspension. The Italian international is Milan's leading scorer with three goals, but missing him will put some added pressure on new signing Matri.

The former Juventus striker has yet to find the back of the net in an AC Milan uniform, but how much would it mean to do it against his former team, and in a stadium he used to call home?

Antonio Conte will not have such a tough decision, knowing that his joint-leading scorer Carlos Tevez will be available for this match.

Despite his lack of goal-scoring in Juve's last three matches, the Argentine international could find himself scoring easily against a very suspect Milan backline.

Milan's current form does not look all that great at the moment, and if they are unable to contain Tevez, they could find themselves in a deeper hole.

With only two wins from six matches, Allegri's squad is currently 10th, eight points behind Juventus and 13 points out of first place. For a team with the history and prestige that Milan has, this poor start is not acceptable. But failure to take at least a point on Sunday, could really start to put Allegri's position in jeopardy.

Juventus is a perfect two for two at home in the current campaign, having beat Lazio and Hellas Verona. Having scored six goals in those contests and only conceding two will give them some confidence heading into this clash of Italian titans. But as we have seen in many high profile European matches, current form does not always matter in a match of this magnitude.

On paper, Juventus should beat the Rossoneri handedly, but could Allegri's side kick-start their current campaign with a positive result at Juventus Stadium?
