The highly-rated tactician hopes his side will be in top form in order to overcome their deficit against Siena on Wednesday.
Walter Mazzarri, the coach of Napoli, is looking forward to his team's much-awaited Coppa Italia semi-final return leg against Siena at the Stadio San Paolo on Wednesday.

Napoli will be hoping to overturn a 2-1 deficit from the first leg in Siena, in order to advance to the final of the competition, where they will face the victor of the other semi-final between Italian giants Juventus and AC Milan.

"We will play a difficult match, particularly from a tactical point of view. In the first leg in Siena we were not in good form and now we have no choice but to overturn the result," Mazzarri declared to Napoli's official website.

Mazzarri, who has been linked with a potential move to Inter Milan, believes that the home crowd at the Stadio San Paolo could inspire his team to a famous victory that would send them into the final of the competition for the first time since 1997, when they lost out against Vicenza.

"I hope the atmosphere at the San Paolo is electric as always. The guys should be encouraged from the beginning right until the end, because we could find ourselves up against very defensive opponents who will make life very difficult for us. [Breaking through] will take patience, common sense and logic," affirmed the coach.

Napoli's chances of reaching the final will be boosted by the fact that Argentine striker Ezequiel Lavezzi has recovered from injury, and will slot into the side's attacking third, behind Uruguayan talisman Edison Cavani.

Finally, Mazzarri affirmed that he is comfortable at Napoli and isn't thinking about moving elsewhere.

"I'm happy in Naples, I have a great relationship with the fans and the affection that I feel in this city is wonderful. Of course, I was helped by the positive results, but the Neapolitans have always been excellent to me since the first day," he concluded.
