Winger Andre Carrillo was monumental for La Blanquirroja against Ecuador and Venezuela. The 30-year-old was responsible for Peru's equalizer against La Tricolor on Matchday 4. Days later, Al Hilal's carried his goalscoring form into a rigid game against La Vinotinto, scoring the game-winning goal early in the second half.
Angel Romero – Paraguay
Paraguay will hope for winger Angel Romero to replicate his performance against Bolivia in Matchday 2 on Friday evening. The 28-year-old bagged two goals against La Verde, including the game-winner, but failed to get involved in scoring after that game. Romero will have to fill in Almiron's void and bring Paraguay's front line to life.
