The bianconeri have taken extreme measures to avoid further punishments by UEFA referring to the transfer breaches between 2020 and 2021.

Despite earning their spot on the pitch, Juventus seem destined to be without European football for next season after recent developments have emerged.

A report by Tuttosport states that the Italian side has started negotiations with UEFA to surrender their spot in the UEFA Europa Conference League, with this being one of the elements of a deal that would see any other investigations against them coming to an end.

Juventus had ten points deducted from their tally in the Italian top-flight due to the capital gains case against them, which saw them drop from third place to seventh in the Serie A season. Furthermore, the club was also forced to pay a $780,000 fine for their transfer activity between 2020 and 2021, which consisted in reporting higher numbers to allow them to spend more money in subsequent transfer windows.

This move by the bianconeri even saw UEFA removing their badge from the list of teams set to play next year's UEFA Europa Conference League, but since negotiations are still taking place, UEFA reinstated their name in the tournament until a final decision is revealed.

Sources close to the negotiation state that Juventus are willing to surrender their spot in next season's Conference League to put an end to all the controversy away from the pitch that has surrounded the club since December. If the deal is accepted by UEFA execs, Fiorentina would be granted Juventus' spot in the European competition.

UEFA's ruling on this matter could be revealed swiftly, as teams have to be allocated funds due to their involvement in European tournaments.
