Finally, after long speculations over Bojan Krkić’s future at Barcelona, it has been confirmed that the Catalans and Italian giants AS Roma have reached an agreement for the striker’s transfer.
According to the official website of the UEFA Champions League title holders, Roma will be paying 12 million euros for the Spanish player. The deal includes a mandatory repurchase clause to be exerted by Barcelona at the end of the 2012/2013 for 13 million euros.

Bojan is expected to appear at the Ricard Maxenchs pressroom at the Camp Nou later today to give out his thoughts upon his current situation.

The No.9 starlet of partly Serbian descent joined Barca at the age of 17 back in September 2007, making his debut against Osasuna and becoming the youngest member of Los Cules to feature in a Spanish Primera Division encounter.

His last game for Barcelona was against Malaga on May 21 this year; a match in which he scored a 44th minute penalty that happened to be the equalizing goal of the Blaugrana's 3-1 win at the Estadio La Rosaleda.
