Theo Walcott admitted to being scared of Nasri's possible move away from the club and believes that new faces will be brought in during the summer.
Samir Nasri has been the hot subject of transfer rumors over the past one week as lots of reports emerged over a potential move to Old Trafford for the Frenchman. Nasri, who currently has one more year in his contract, is apparently demanding a similar wage to what Fabregas is currently earning.

Arsene Wenger admitted that talks between the club and Nasri did reach a stumbling block and the man himself did no better by asking United to make their reported interest in him clear. Now, Walcott is hopeful over Nasri's situation, claiming that he's a very important member of Arsenal's dressing room.

“I don't like getting involved in people's careers. We need to keep hold of our best players - but it's up to Samir, it's his decision.

“He had a great season, he showed people what he can do. He's a very important player to Arsenal and we'll see what happens in the summer."

Walcott also believes that new players will be brought in during the transfer window to strengthen the squad ahead of next season's challenges.

"Yeah [I'm expecting players to be signed], the manager's said so. Hopefully we can keep hold of our best players, as we need to be winning something next season without a doubt.

"Hopefully we can keep hold of our best players, as we need to be winning something next season without a doubt. It's been so long and the fans have waited so long. And players don't like seeing every season go without winning anything."
