Paris Saint-Germain are willing to sign Neymar for £115 million.

French giants Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly preparing a whooping £115 million bid for Brazilian sensation Neymar as reported by French newspaper L’Equipe. The newspaper claims that the French champions are ready to settle the hefty release clause demanded by the Catalan giants, hence making Neymar the world’s most expensive player.PSG want to sign Neymar for £115m, as claimed by L'EquipeThe 24-year-old has scored 27 goals and provided 15 assists in 38 appearances in all competitions for Luis Enrique’s men, and is expected to start when Barcelona face rivals Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarters at the Nou Camp on Tuesday. With the former Santos man on the pitch this season, Barca have won 31 matches, drawn 4 and lost only 3.

Speaking to L’Equipe, Neymar’s agent Wagner Ribeiro also hinted that PSG’s offer could be quite difficult to resist. He said:

''Neymar has a contract with Barca until 2018

''He feels good in Barcelona, he's loved over there and he's playing for the best team in the world. It's no small feat to impose yourself at such an enormous club.’’

He then added:

''But the prospect of living in a city like Paris and to play for a club like PSG - that's also a dream for every player.

''We'll see in two years, when he will be at the end of his contract.''

Les Parisiens are hoping to strengthen their squad for the 2016/17 season as some of their key superstars prepare to leave. Their top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whose contract expires this summer, could be headed to the Premier League, and the same case applies to the likes of Edinson Cavani. As Laurent Blanc’s side begin to cope with the reality of missing their key players next season, the prospects of signing youngsters such as Neymar cannot be overruled.
