Torino will hope to heap more misery on a struggling Roma at the Stadio Olimpico di Torino on Saturday, December 5th. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for Torino vs. Roma.

At the start of the 2015/2016 Serie A campaign, Roma fans were full of hope regarding their side's chances at finally wrestling the Scudetto out of Juve's grasp. Their optimism was certainly aided by the Giallorossi defeating the Bianconeri at the Stadio Olimpico on matchday two and despite some stumbles, a five match winning streak after losing to Sampdoria appeared to show that this would be a better season for the Lupi.

Unfortunately, the past few weeks have not been so favorable for Giallorossi supporters. First they saw their team blow a chance to take top spot after drawing with Bologna, before being humiliated 6-1 by Barcelona in the Champions League. And now, having lost to Atalanta at home last weekend, pressure is mounting on Rudi Garcia to quickly right the ship as we head towards the midway point of the season.

They will have that chance against Torino, a team that have had their own struggles but will be hoping for a turnaround of their own having experienced some better results as of late.

Torino

As things stand, the Granata currently sit in eighth place and will be hoping to make it three straight league wins as they welcome a Roma side devoid of confidence. Still, Giampiero Ventura's squad will not want to take this match lightly as historically, Torino have not enjoyed good results against the capital club. The two sides have met 26 times in all competitions dating back to a 1-1 draw on January 2, 1994, and save for a 3-1 Coppa Italia win during the 2007/2007 season, they have only defeated Roma once in the league. One would have to go back to May 13, 2007 to remember that result, so should they manage to win at their own Stadio Olimpico, it would be the first good outcome given that they have lost eight out of their last ten meetings since that Coppa Italia win on December 19, 2007.

Ventura will be without the services of several players, including defenders Nikola Maksimovic and Danilo Avelar and midfielders Joel Obi and Marco Benassi as they hope to hope more misery and pile more pressure on Garcia and his side.

Roma

Meanwhile, Garcia will have to again make do without his key attackers for this game. The evergreen Francesco Totti is still out, as are speedy duo Mohamed Salah and Gervinho. Pressure is indeed mounting on the French tactician as his team have not won a match since defeating Lazio in the Derby della Capitale on November 8th. And with Juventus now level with them on points having beaten the Biancocelesti on Friday evening, the Lupi will be desperate to build some kind of buffer whilst closing the gap on third-placed Fiorentina.

As of now, things are looking quite congested near the top of the Serie A table, with current leaders Napoli just one point ahead of Inter and four ahead of Roma, meaning that a win or loss for any of these sides could see them jump up - or fall down - several places in the current rankings. With rumors growing that Garcia is walking on very thin ice - this will be a must-win game for the Giallorossi as they next hope to keep their Champions League hopes alive in taking on Belarusian outfit BATE next week.
