The Norwegian has scored a whopping six goals in his first four appearances, leading to an alleged collusion between other managers.

Erling Haaland has taken to life in the Premier League like a duck in water, and according to an interesting report, this has sparked fear all across the English top-flight.

Despite being one of the hottest strikers in world football during his time at Dortmund, there were some fans who doubted whether the Norwegian would succeed in England and at a stylistically-oriented club like Manchester City. The 21-year-old's disappointing performance in the Community Shield vindicated this belief.

However, since making his Premier League debut, the Cityzens striker has been unstoppable, scoring in every single game bar the 4-0 victory over Bournemouth. In four appearances, Erling has already netted a whopping six goals, two coming in the opening day victory over West Ham while three came in the brilliant 4-2 comeback victory over Crystal Palace during the weekend.

His hat-trick against the Eagles sent fear waves across the league, and according to the Telegraph, managers across the English top-flight are now working hand-in-hand to construct the best possible tactic to stop Guardiola's new no.9.

One manager has likened the Norwegian to an alien, saying he is "stronger, taller, faster than anything we have seen before". The report then goes on to detail how coaches from other clubs have been in contact to discuss the daunting task of nullifying the current top scorer in the Premier League.

"Pep Guardiola has already fallen in love with him but it is the reaction across the other 19 dugouts, where managers have been calling each other to sound out ways to stop him, that is just as telling," the article reads. "But having a plan to deal with Haaland is one thing. Actually doing it is another."

The next two clubs who must find the answer to the aforementioned problem are Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa, two teams that are struggling at the moment. City, who are second in the table behind Arsenal, will look to maintain their form, as will Erling Haaland.
