After an eventful international break, Arsenal will host Norwich at the Emirates, looking to continue their great form.

Arsenal will welcome Norwich City in the English Premier League on October 19, 2013.Preview: Positive performance needed ahead of important UCL match

Since Arsenal lost their opening day match at home against Aston Villa, they have never looked back. Arsene Wenger's side has put together five victories and one draw in the EPL, and they will look to continue that form on Saturday.

They will welcome Chris Hughton's Norwich side, who has been struggling as of late.

Currently 18th in the EPL standings, the Canaries have only managed two victories from seven matches. Another negative stat will be the fact that they have scored just five goals, while conceding nine. Looking at their negative four goal difference, a meeting with Arsenal's offense at the Emirates could be a serious cause for concern.

After the shock defeat against Aston Villa, the Gunners are averaging six goals per match. And although they have conceded in all of those matches, with the exception of their 1-0 victory over Tottenham, the Gunners could frustrated the Norwich offense.

Despite their lack of goal scoring, Thomas Vermaelen believes that his side will have to pay close attention to Dutch striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel.

"Norwich have some good players, including Ricky van Wolfswinkel, who I know very well from my time in Holland," the Belgian defender told the club's official website

"I played against him when he first came through into the first team at Vitesse and he then went to Utrecht and abroad to Portugal and scored a lot of goals. He is a clinical goalscorer, he makes good runs, and is someone that we will definitely need to watch closely," he added.

The former Sporting CP striker has only managed to score one goal in his first career in the EPL, but as Vermaelen said, if given the chance, he will more then likely capitalize.

Speaking of scoring goals, Arsene Wenger is set to welcome back Santi Cazorla, who has not played since the Gunners defeated Tottenham. Having sat out with an ankle injury, the Spanish midfielder could see his first minutes back on the pitch, and he could also get a chance to play along side Mesut Özil for the first time.

Getting players back from injury is always a positive, especially when you do not have to worry about further injuries. And with Arsenal set to take on Borussia Dortmund at the Emirates on Tuesday, Wenger will be hoping for a positive performance, and with no injuries.

But without looking ahead to their next match, the French manager knows that although Norwich has not been great this season, they can still cause problems for the hosts.

"We have learned something in the last 18 months, that the Premier League has changed, that every single game is a potential danger for any team in the league and the recent results in the Premier League have confirmed that," Wenger told reporters.

"Every team that is favorites today is on its toes because they know every game is a potential danger."

Dealing with that complacency and danger is something the North London side has done well as of late. And looking at their recent form against the Canaries, Wenger's side should have another great opportunity to grab three more points, as they look to stay top of the table.
