Jose Mourinho’s men take on Italian outfit AC Milan at the Metlife Stadium in a bid to qualify for the final of the International Champions Cup.

Milan vs Chelsea comes live online or on TV on Sunday, August 4, 2013.Preview: Mou targets reunion with former club in International Champions Cup final

A victory for Chelsea against Milan will put them up against Mourinho’s former team Real Madrid who have already qualified for the final after defeating Everton 2-1 courtesy of goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Mesut Ozil.

The war of words has already begun with Mourinho lashing out at his former club.

"Madrid is a special club. It is not just a club. Madrid is politics. Madrid is not about football, Madrid is not about sport, but about many [other] things around," said the Portuguese.

Mourinho also took a shot at his compatriot and Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo claiming that the Portuguese is not the ‘real’ Ronaldo.

Chelsea will be hoping to continue their fine form having maintained a 100% win record in their pre-season games so far. After a string of easy fixtures in the Asian tour, Chelsea were put to their first real test when they squared off against Inter Milan in their first match of the competition which they passed with flying colours putting up a dominant performance against Nerazzurri.

An Oscar golazo was followed by a penalty from Hazard and the Blues eased through to a comfortable victory.

Spanish duo Fernando Torres and Juan Mata are back in contention after returning from their extended breaks following Spain’s participation in the Confederations Cup. With competition for places as cut throat as ever, the Spaniards will be looking to make an impression on their new manager.

AC Milan who defeated Valencia 2-1 in the first round of the tournament will now welcome back Stephan El Shaarawy back to the side. A victory against Chelsea will put Milan against Carlo Ancelotti a man who spent 8 years at San Siro as manager of AC Milan.
