The former teammates at Barcelona shared an emotional moment right after La Albiceleste defeated Brazil in the continental competition.

One of the main topics of the 2021 Copa América final was the showdown between Lionel Messi and Neymar, especially due to the friendship that blossomed between them during their days at Camp Nou. 

During the game, the duo had dissimilar performances. Neymar carried Brazil's efforts to equalize for over 70 minutes, while Messi had almost nothing to do with La Albiceleste's win. The Argentine superstar's only chance in front of goal was denied by Ederson during the final moments of the game, but otherwise, his performance could have gone unnoticed.

As the match came to its end, all eyes went to Messi and his teammates that erupted into a wild celebration. And just when you would think that Neymar would show off the personality that has gathered him a few haters, he admitted his defeat and went searching for his friend.
