The Norwegian found the back of the net with his first touch of the season in Manchester City's debut against Burnley.

Apparently, a different season in the Premier League will keep the same antics by Erling Haaland, and his first effort of the season has been rewarded with a historic milestone for the Norwegian ace.

The first goal of the Premier League season has been scored by none other than the top scorer of the previous season, meaning that opposing defenders will not be given a break by the tall striker. To make it even worse for Burnley, Haaland needed only 185 seconds to find the back of the net with his first touch of this campaign.

Haaland has kept his goalscoring form from last season, and to add to his impressive run in the tournament, scoring against Burnley has left Haaland without a goal against three clubs: Brentford, Liverpool, and Chelsea.
