Twelve matches will take place across the European continent tonight as the UEFA Europa League enters Matchday 5.

Celtic vs Atletico Madrid - which team will edge the other? At White Hart Lane, Tottenham Hotspur will host PAOK. The Londoners dropped to third in Group A following their shocking 1-0 defeat away to second-placed Rubin Kazan on November 3. PAOK currently lead the way in the table but only a point separates them from Spurs.

“It's a must-win game as we're a point behind and you can see Rubin beating Shamrock,” Harry Redknapp told UEFA.com in the buildup to the game.

“We've got a good squad and we'll make changes tomorrow but we've got a lot of high quality players. We will carry on with our own plan and do what we have to but it will be difficult as they are a good team.”

Elsewhere, Sporting Braga will lock horns with Birmingham in Portugal. This encounter promises to produce a lot of excitement given the fact that both teams—like Group H leaders Club Brugge—are on 7 points.

The race for qualification in that section is interestingly tight. Sporting Braga experienced a remarkable campaign last season and finished second behind 2011 UEFA Europa League champions Porto. Will Braga go far this year too?

Meanwhile, Celtic have demons of their own to cast. The Scottish are in an awkward position in Group I as Udinese and upcoming opponents Atletico Madrid seat above them.

“It's a huge game for us because they [Atletico] are a class side,” Lennon declared according to UEFA.com.

“They played very well against us in the corresponding fixture in Madrid, they won this tournament not so long ago and they have a team full of quality players.

“We need to win it to stand a chance of qualifying. A draw might give us a slight chance, but a win would make our chances a lot better.”

Celtic went down 2-0 at the Vicente Calderon on September 15. However, the return to training of skipper Scott Brown and defender Kelvin Wilson could inspire them to a positive result on Wednesday night. Atletico Madrid recently lost 4-1 to Real Madrid in La Liga. Could Celtic force the Spanish to yet another defeat?
