The German side has confirmed that one of their key players will not be fit to play for quite a while, forcing them to change their tactics in the Bundesliga and the UCL

The return leg of the game between Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund will take place in over two weeks, and it seems that the German club will have quite a few adjustments to do to their lineup due to their latest update.

The Yellow and Black side, who are level on points with Bayern and Union Berlin at the top of the Bundesliga table, will now have to make do without none other than Karim Adeyemi, who had stepped up to become one of their most reliable players on both the domestic competition and in the continental tournament.

Adeyemi picked up a muscular injury during the team's game against Hertha this past weekend, which has been confirmed by the club in a recent press release.

"Karim Adeyemi tore a muscle fiber during Sunday's game against Hertha Berlin. He will not be available for about three weeks. Get well soon," the club posted on Twitter earlier today.

The timetable established by the Bundesliga side has been met with disappointment by the club's supporters, as Adeyemi scored their goal against the Blues in last week's UCL match. Without him on the pitch, coach Edin Terzic will have to work overtime to find out how he can lead Yellow and Black team to the next round of the continental tournament and keep them in contention to win the domestic crown that has evaded them since 2012.
