France in shambles after two more players are isolated with flu-like symptoms

The French side has already increased its health code inside their hotel to prevent a further spread of this strange disease.

France has struggled with injuries and illness issues way before the World Cup started, with players such as N'Golo Kanté and Paul Pogba being left out of the team due to physical problems. Karim Benzema and Christopher Nkunku joined that list just days before the start of the tournament, and during the competition, Didier Deschamps has been forced to change his team due to different fitness issues

Now, with the team close to playing the title match, two more players have been the cause for concern among Les Bleus, as Raphäel Varane and Ibrahima Konaté were not able to train today with the team due to a respiratory virus, which has been labeled as the "camel flu". Both of them will be kept under close surveillance to see if they can be available to play on Sunday.

This same disease was the one that kept players such as Adrien Rabiot and Dayot Upamecano sidelined from the game against Morocco, meaning that there has been a sort of outbreak of the disease within the French side, who have already increased health restrictions surrounding the team to prevent a further spread of the illness.

Added to these complications caused by the flu-like illness, midfielder Aurelién Tchouamení and defender Theo Hernández skipped Friday's training session due to different physical problems. Fortunately for Les Bleus, these duo is expected to play the game against Argentina since their medical issues are not as serious.
