CR7 sets 2 personal records in return to Camp Nou

Cristiano Ronaldo sets two personal milestones in return to Camp Nou

December 8, 2020 By Oscar Rojas
The Portuguese ace led the way for Juve's win against Barcelona that earned the bianconeri the top spot in their group over Los Culés.

The game between Barcelona and Juventus was surrounded in controversy due to Cristiano Ronaldo's return to Camp Nou Stadium, and the Portuguese ace did not disappoint fans and experts by putting up a massive performance when playing against Lionel Messi's side.

The former Real Madrid striker stepped up to convert two penalties, one in each half, to cement Juve's 3-0 win at Camp Nou and to seal their spot in the next round as group winners. Weston McKennie sealed the deal for the bianconeri with an acrobatic finish.

But CR7's performance, as always, was not all about the penalties, and he managed to add a couple more milestones to his record. Both of them had to do with his time at Real Madrid, but both of them will go down in history as milestones set when he played for Juventus.

First off, the Portuguese footballer reached 650 club goals with his brace for the Italian side.

Then, the player also added one more record to his tally, as he became the player with the most goals scored against the Blaugrana outfit, while also making Camp Nou stadium his favorite "home away from home".
