The player was quarantined by AC Milan prior to the team's match against Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Europa League.

The coronavirus pandemic is still among us, and the following lines should be a wake up call for those of you who believe there's nothing to worry about.

Earlier today, AC Milan revealed via a press release that Swedish star and icon Zlatan Ibrahimovic tested positive for the virus ahead of the clash between the rossoneri and Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt, which surely made a dent on the team's plans for success in that game.

"Zlatan Ibrahimovic has tested positive for COVID-19 in a second test ahead of tonight's game against Bodo/Glimt. The club has informed all relevant authorities on this matter and the player has quickly been quarantined at home. The rest of the team and staff members tested negative," the document states.

As you would expect, Zlatan Ibrahimovic reacted to this news in true Zlatan-esque fashion, hinting that his coronavirus diagnosis has not affected his sense of humor or confidence.
