The former Brazilian international revealed that even if his former teammate partied all night long, he was fresh enough to train the next day.

One of the most remembered eras in Real Madrid history was that of Los Galácticos. The team that had players such as Raúl González, Luis Figo, Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, Ronaldo, and Roberto Carlos went down in history as one of the most talented teams in the world, although they were not able to win that many trophies together at the Bernabeu.

In a recent interview with TyC Sports, former Real Madrid player Ze Roberto recalled his time with those six football legends, but rather than sharing some of the stuff he learned with them, he looked back at how he was baffled by Ronaldo's "party animal" status.

The former Bayern footballer detailed how sometimes R9 decided to stay up all night rocking the floors of Madrid's dance parlours, but how he also was a pro and trained like the best in the world hours later.

"Ronaldo was a party animal. He'd go out all night and then went to the training grounds with one or two hours of sleep. It was amazing. He had some drinks and you'd see him training like an animal hours later," the former midfielder stated.

Ronaldinho, who was also one of Ze Roberto's teammates with the Brazilian National Team, used to invite some of his colleagues to party at his own place, where everyone could have a good time at Dinho's private disco.

"Ronaldinho had a night club at his own home. I hanged out there once or twice, I preferred not to go there," the fitness coach added.

The former midfielder recalled how that generation of footballers could have won back-to-back World Cup titles in 2002 and 2006, but their lack of responsibility off the pitch and consistency on it saw them lose their quarter final tie against France in 2006.

"The 2006 team was the best, but we lacked teamwork. Ronaldinho, Kaká, Ronaldo, Adriano and me, all on the same team. But we had quite a schedule off the pitch, we were not able to concentrate with all the people that hanged out around us all day," Ze Roberto concluded.
