FA Cup final takes place this weekend as fans eagerly await Arsenal-Chelsea showdown
The FA Cup final is upon us! Arsenal and Chelsea will be locking horns this weekend. The Premier League came to an end on July 26, meaning the hype has shifted towards England's premier domestic cup. Which London giants will be crowned the champions?
This game, live on ESPN+ in the USA, promises to be exciting. The two new managers – Lampard and Arteta – will battle it out for a silverware they both lifted as players for the very same clubs they are now coaching. Victory would mean more for the Gunners as this could be their route into Europe, but only time will tell if this will be the deciding factor.

Having finished in eighth, Aubameyang and Co. were not able to qualify for the Europa League via the English top-flight. FA Cup success would offer them another route, one which could be make or break their summer transfer window. It should also be noted that Arsenal emerged triumphant in the only two previous occasions in which they met in the FA Cup final. UEFA Europa League returns next midweek while MLS is Back Tournament wraps up QF stage
European football will be making its much-awaited return next midweek, with the Europa League resuming their 2019/20 season on Wednesday, August 5. Man United will be taking to the field on this date as they look to wrap up their round of 16 clash with LASK. Given that the Red Devils boast a 5-0 lead from the 1st leg, they are all but destined to make the quarter-finals. Inter Milan vs Getafe and Sevilla vs Roma, the two match-ups that were unable to stage the 1st leg, will be decided on Wednesday and Thursday respectively in a single-elimination format.
Those are not the only interesting ties. Bayer Leverkusen and Rangers will lock horns in one of Thursday's two early kick-offs, with the Germans looking to capitalize on their 3-1 lead. Additionally, Wolves, having finished in seventh and in danger of missing out on European football, will complete their tie vs Olympiakos, a game which is level 1-1. Do not miss these games.
Heading over to the US, the MLS is Back Tournament will wrap up the quarter-final stage by Saturday. Orland City and LAFC will battle it out on Friday for a spot in the last four, with the two final fixtures taking place the following day. First San Jose Earthquakes and Minnesota United FC will lock horns at 8 PM ET. At 10:30 PM ET, New York Red Bulls and Portland Timbers will fight to face Philadelphia Union in the semis as they are the only side to have booked their place in the penultimate stage as of now.
