The teenage sensation is reportedly poised to move to the Bernabeu amid interest from other top European clubs.

La Liga giants Real Madrid have been handed a boost in their pursuit for Ligue 1 sensation Eduardo Camavinga with the player reportedly set to snub interests from other clubs in favor of a move to the Bernabeu. A report by Marca has revealed that the French starlet will overlook the advances of the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund and join Los Blancos this summer.

At just 17 years of age, Camavinga has swiftly risen to prominence with a series of top performances in midfield and has been instrumental in Rennes remarkable run in Ligue 1 this season. Often touted as the new 'Paul Pogba', the Frenchman has attracted interest from a lot of top European clubs and has been tipped to make a move during the summer's transfer window. In Spain, many consider the teenage sensation to be the ideal replacement for Real Madrid's Casemiro and Los Blancos are believed to be keen on his signing.

According to Marca, Zinedine Zidane's side was among the first clubs to scout Camavinga and are up to date with his development. However, the path is not all clear for the Spanish outfit to make a quick swoop for the player who was recently ranked as the eighth most-expensive teenager in world football by CIES Football Observatory. This is solely due to the fact that PSG, Liverpool and Dortmund are all ready to make a pounce for the talent who was in line for a French call-up before the coronavirus pandemic brought a halt to football.

Still, optimism remains high in the Madrid ranks with Marca claiming that Camavinga has his heart set on a move to Santiago Bernabeu as he believes in the club's transfer policy as well as the ongoing project. The 17-year-old will reportedly depart Rennes for a figure way below 100 million euros this summer.
