The Red Devils will undergo a major facelift if things go as planned, especially when it comes to those set to leave the club.

Manchester United seems to have figured things out when it comes to which players they want to sign, and it could change the team's entire landscape and options to win the Premier League title after a long time.

According to a report by The Mirror, team execs are paving the way to hire four new players that would fit right into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's lineup. Those players would also give Ole some selection problems, as some of the team's most talented players could be relegated to the bench or in some cases, forced out of the team for good.

The first name tipped by the English newspaper is that of Kalidou Koulibaly. Napoli's defender has been linked for quite some time to the Red Devils, and this summer could be crucial to see him joining the EPL giants. Napoli's lack of UEFA Champions League football for now would be a deciding factor to push the deal through.

The next player in line is none other than James Maddison. Leicester City's midfielder has been impressive throughout the season, and Manchester United wants to add the footballer to their roster. Maddison has three years left in his deal with the Foxes, which will force the Red Devils to negotiate with their peers at Leicester.

The last two additions to Man United's lineup would be Jadon Sancho and Erling Braut Haaland. It seems highly unlikely to see both Borussia Dortmund players leaving the club this summer, but Haaland's buyout clause paves the way for Manchester United to pursue his signing. Furthermore, team sporting director Hans-Joachim Watzke openly admitted that if Sancho wants to leave the club, he is open to voice his desire to the team's hierarchy to work something out.

If these moves fall in place, Manchester United would have a lineup including David De Gea as their goalkeeper, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Koulibaly and Luke Shaw in defense. Maddison's arrival would see Pogba out of the lineup -and perhaps the team- in favor of Fred and stellar signing Bruno Fernandes. The team's attack would be led by Haaland, with Rashford and Sancho on the flanks.

Fans will have to wait until the end of the season -if it indeed comes to a close- to see these moves fall through. Even so, the possibility of watching such a lineup is quite tempting, but only time will tell if Ed Woodward and Co. can make it happen.
