The incident took place on Saturday, as the French boss headed to the team's training session prior to their match against Osasuna.

Imagine you're driving your car in the middle of a roundabout, and then, the car behind you can't hit the brakes in time to avoid hitting you.

After complaining about your bad luck, you get ready to step out of the car, and when you do so, you see Zinedine Zidane doing the same as you are from the car behind.

Well, that's exactly what happened to Ignacio, a man from Galicia, who was driving near Real Madrid's training complex. Zidane was unable to hit the brakes and smashed his vehicle against Ignacio's.

The Spaniard recalled the incident in an interview with La Voz de Galicia, where he revealed that he decided to let Zidane leave once both of them took a selfie.

"As soon as I saw him leave the vehcle I knew who he was. I told him that I would've loved to meet him in different circumstances, but this chance was not bad at all. I asked him if he would mind if we took a selfie, because people wouldn't believe Zidane had hit his car. He was kind enough to say yes, took off his hat and I took the pic," Ignacio said.

The local man added that Zidane asked him if they could exchange insurance papers, so he could leave the site and go head Real Madrid's training session. Ignacio added that Zizou's agent got in touch with him on Monday to sort things out between Los Blancos' manager and the Spaniard.

"Zidane's agent called me on Monday and thanked me on his behalf, because Zizou was headed to the training session and he was running late. He also thanked me the fact that I did not pull out a shirt for an autograph or asked him for tickets," the local man added.
