The Red Devils believe it is best to let the World Cup winner go after growing fed up with his situation.

Paul Pogba could finally get his wish and leave Man United, with reports suggesting the Red Devils have finally green-lighted his sale. Furthermore, it is being claimed the Premier League giants have lowered their asking price in order to facilitate his exit.

The Frenchman’s future at Old Trafford has been a contentious issue for quite some time now. Comments from his agent Mino Raiola made things worse, with the representative launching scathing criticism of the English heavyweights.

According to the Sun, the club are now “fed up” and believe it is in everybody’s best interest for the midfielder the leave. He has been linked with the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid but his suitors were put off by the 26-year-old’s $233M price tag.

As a result, Man United have slashed that figure by $39M and will demand $194 for the World Cup winner. Pogba and his agent have been made aware of their stance and should their terms be met, the door will be opened for his exit.

Pogba is currently injured, having made only eight appearances for the club this season. Solskjaer recently acquired the services of Bruno Fernandes after a prolonged transfer saga, with the Portuguese ace seen as the ideal replacement for the former Juventus ace.
