The Welshman sparked controversy with his celebration right after winning the ticket for the 2020 UEFA Euro with Wales.

Gareth Bale's less-than-classy gesture during Wales' celebrations after winning their spot in the 2020 UEFA Euro next year could have nasty repercussions for the Welshman when he returns to Madrid, as Zinedine Zidane is expected to make a decision on his availability for Los Blancos' next game.

According to a report by As, the French tactician could leave Bale out of the squad that will face Real Sociedad as a disciplinary measure, especially after showing a Welsh flag with the words "Wales. Golf. Madrid, in that order" as a clear reference of Bale's list of priorities.

What started out as a joke for Bale could be the final nail on the coffin of his Real Madrid career, since fans, experts and his team-mates may not be satisfied with his general behavior during the celebration, where he never showed any remorse in singing those words that mock Los Blancos.

Bale has not played a game for Real Madrid since October 5. Since then, he refused to let the world know what type of injury he had picked up with Wales during the previous international break, and he chose to train on his own in order to be fit to play with his national team.

Zidane's decision on this matter will be revealed on Friday, one day before the game between Los Blancos and the Txuri-urdin side. Added to Bale's behavior, the emergence of Rodrygo as his replacement could give Zizou a selection nightmare ahead of the crunch tie, but rest assured, we will keep track of this story until we find out whether Bale is in or out of the game against the blue and white side.
