Aubameyang and Alexander-Arnold reached lovely landmarks while Man United and Tottenham did quite the opposite.

Round 11 in the Premier League has been completed. England’s top 20 clubs were in action over the weekend, with eight of the 10 games being played on Saturday.

The top four clubs in the standings all came out of the weekend with victories, albeit Man City and Liverpool had to fight back from a goal down to win their respective games 2-1. As for the nation’s two north London powerhouses Arsenal and Tottenham, both of them suffered 1-1 draws, sharing the spoils with Wolves and Everton respectively.

Man United, meanwhile, returned to bad habits, losing 1-0 at Bournemouth in Saturday’s early kick-off. Here are the standout stats from Matchday 11.

Bournemouth 1-0 Man United – the Red Devils set a 33-year record for all the wrong reasons

It seems like Man United have been making history for all the wrong reasons with every Premier League game this season and Saturday’s trip to Bournemouth was no different. Despite racking up a three-game winning streak, Solskjaer’s side lost 1-0 to a goal from former player Joshua King.

This result has left Man United with only 13 points after 11 games. This is their worst points tally at this stage of the season in 33 years since the 1986-87 season.

Arsenal 1-1 Wolves – Aubameyang reaches lovely feat despite disappointing result

Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Wolves was a disappointing result for Arsenal but there was one positive note for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Gabonese forward scored his 50th goal for the Gunners, needing only 78 games to achieve this. However, he wasn’t the only Premier League ace to reach a lovely feat on Saturday…

Aston Villa 1-2 Liverpool – Alexander-Arnold hits the 100 mark

The 2-1 win at Villa Park will go down as a memorable game for Trent Alexander-Arnold. Not only did he assist the stoppage-time winner but the Englishman also made his 100th appearance for the European champions in all competitions.

Watford 1-2 Chelsea – Lampard equals club record

After a rough start to the campaign, things have not taken off for Chelsea. The Blues registered their 7th consecutive away win with the 2-1 triumph over Watford, a result which saw Lampard equal the record of most away victories in succession which was set by Bobby Campbell in 1988-89.

Crystal Palace 0-2 Leicester – Vardy repeats milestone from 2015/16 title-winning season

The 2-0 win over Crystal Palace saw Jamie Vardy become the first player to hit the 10-goal mark this season. The last time he was the first to double digits, Leicester won the league. Could the Foxes beat Man City and Liverpool to the title?

Everton 1-1 Tottenham – Spurs’ away woes continue

The 1-1 draw at Goodison Park means Tottenham have now gone 12 away games without a win. Since the turn of the century, only once have Spurs endured a worse drought and that was back in 2000-2001.
