Brazilian winger Willian has attained a personal milestone with his match-winning strike for Chelsea in Wednesday's Champions League tie with Lille. The 31-year-old forward ensured that Frank Lampard's wait for his first win in the European competition was over by scoring a stunning late volley in the encounter.
Chelsea started the proceeding on the right foot by opening the scoring through Tammy Abraham in the 22nd minute. However, the hosts restored parity 11 minutes later with Victor Osimhen scoring with a thumping header.

Late into the 77th-minute, substitute Hudson-Odoi set Willian up with a deep cross and the latter simply slammed home from close range to take the scoreline to 2-1. As a result, the Brazilian winger matched his compatriot and Barcelona legend Ronaldinho's 16-goal tally in the UEFA Champions League.
