The new Sports Director seems to be ready to exercise extreme measures to avoid bad behavior from the team's players.

Last year, PSG's Sports Director Antero Henrique allowed all sorts of discipline breaches. Players arriving late to the team's training sessions, footballers going rogue over contract disputes, and to top it all, players posting pictures on social media smoking, which is a direct breach to how a professional player should behave.

Leonardo's return to that spot aims to end all that, and he has submitted a 35-page dossier to the team's execs, where most of those antics will be sanctioned.

The document, according to Le Parisien, wants to end Neymar's frequent behaviors. Among those, Leonardo's rule book will forbid all players to concede interviews without the club's permission, having a medical examination with a foreign doctor, or engaging in risky activities away from the pitch, such as extreme sports.

All of these rules were hinted by Leonardo in an interview with the aforementioned newspaper back in May. The former Milan midfielder is not ready to tolerate other behaviors such as questioning the coach's decisions regarding lineups and engaging in "unprofessional" antics such as smoking, drinking, or making trips back home without prior consent by the club.

Leonardo's return as PSG's Sports Director was seen by many as a major statement by the club's owners against Neymar, who practically did whatever he desired in and out of the team's facilities, added to his frequent trips to Brazil. Needless to say, his stay at Parc Des Princes will not be as sweet as it used to be under these new rules.
