Time is running out for Neymar if he wants to see his transfer away from PSG come to fruition.

Furthermore, a fresh report by L'Equipe reveals that PSG is ready to wait until August 10 to receive bids for the footballer, which is one day before the club starts its title defense in the French top flight. If Neymar wants to leave the club, he has less than ten days to come up with a suitable offer for his services.
To make matters worse, PSG has made it clear to the player's inner circle that the team that pays for Neymar will have to do so with all the money up front. No payment plan will be accepted by Nasser Al-Khelaifi and his execs, according to the French newspaper.
Considering all these reasons, the possibility of watching Neymar leave the French club is pretty narrow. Let's wait and see if PSG keep up their promise and hold on to the footballer beyond August 10.
