Images of Manchester United's rumored third kit for the 2019/2020 football season has flooded social media and fans are raving about its aesthetics. The official unveiling is said to be due in the coming days with the Red Devils having already outdoored their first and second matchday apparels.
Resonating with the images circulating, a report by FootyHeadlines, who are well-known for leaking kits, has affirmed that the Red Devils' third jersey is indeed black. The kit is believed to feature a number of design patterns and elements that pay tribute to the city of Manchester.
A description on the website reads: "The Manchester United 2019-2020 third kit is predominantly black with bright red logos on the chest and tonal 3 Stripes on the shoulders. The Chevrolet writing and the Kohler sponsor print on the left sleeve of the Manchester United third jersey are white.

"The shirt has a simple black crew-neck collar and features a subtle all-over print inspired by the Manchester Rose. This is further highlighted by an inscription on the bottom left side of the Manchester United 19-20 third shirt, which reads "110 Years - Manchester Rose - 1909 2019".
"This is reference to the 1909 FA Cup final, which United won over Bristol City and in which they sported a white shirt with a red rose on the chest."
Back in March this year, Manchester United lost its position as the world's No.1 in shirt salesto Real Madrid following its disappointing season. The Red Devils are expected to take a hit once more having failed to qualify for this season's UEFA Champions League.
