The pace and skill of the three players could be terrorizing.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that his side could potentially field an attack consisting of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and new boy Daniel James next season.

Following last season's disappointment, the Norwegian coach was tipped to lead a summer overhaul which will see a host of players depart from Old Trafford while a few come in the opposite direction. At the moment, not much business has been done in the transfer market with the Red Devils only managing to complete the signings of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James.

Romelu Lukaku, who scored 15 goals in all competitions for Manchester United last season is believed to be nearing an exit with Inter Milan having made a former approach for his signing. Relatively, last season's top scorer and assist leader Paul Pogba could also depart from the Premier League outfit having made his intentions to leave clear.

Amid the potential incoming and outgoings, coupled with the lack of squad depth, Solskjaer is in favor of Martial, Rashford and James terrorizing defenses in matches next season and commended the latter for his incredible pace.

"Is anyone faster than James? he said ahead of the Reds first preseason game against A-League side Perth Glory on Saturday.

"Maybe Wan-Bissaka! The two of them do have top, top speed.

"Modern football is stop-start, it is go again, speed, tempo, quality, so those two have put their marker down. Of course, with our boys, we have got some quick ones.

"It doesn't matter if they are English, Norwegian, French, Brazilians, you just want good players, good people, quality and speed of course is a big thing in football nowadays.

"Anyone who plays against, for example, Rashford, Martial, Dan James, with the speed they have, I think you're going to fear they're hurting you, even if they're in a day when they are worse."
