That report suggests that Les Parisiens have offered Neymar to Real Madrid, but shockingly, Los Blancos have ruled out making a move for the footballer.

Marca's report suggests that the great relationship between Real Madrid and PSG had Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Co. trying to get rid of their problematic star. The article says that Los Blancos appreciated the gesture, but their current transfer situation has urged them to sell players rather than buy them. Hence, they will not make a move to sign the South American ace.

PSG is also aware of Barcelona's interest in re-signing Neymar, despite their president's claims. According to Marca, their intention to see Neymar joining Real Madrid was none other than making a point: PSG will not make it easy for Barcelona if they want the Brazilian back.
