Neymar dominates and will likely continue to dominate the transfer headlines amid links with Barcelona. According to reports, the Brazilian is fed up with his current club PSG and seeks a return to the Spanish giant.
Blaugrana president Josep Maria Bartomeu has now gone on to add fuel to the speculations after publicly revealing that the Selecao superstar wants out of Parc des Princes. The Camp Nou official spoke in front of the media ahead of Frenkie de Jong's presentation and was asked a list of questions, some regarding the future of Neymar.
This is when Bartomeu decided to make this confession. However, this does not mean his Barcelona return is guaranteed as the club president went on to add that his Ligue 1 employers have no intentions of selling him at this moment.

Some outlets state that the relationship between the French and Spanish champions has gone sour and that Les Parisiens are willing to offer the world's most expensive player to their rival Real Madrid as a result.
And despite Nasser Al-Khelaifi stating that anyone not committed to PSG is free to leave, the odds now appear to favor the club keeping hold of their record signing. Whether the player, currently sidelined with injury, will attempt to force a move or go on strike remains unknown.
Bartomeu also touched on an array of other transfer topics, including the ones surrounding Griezmann and De Ligt. Regarding the Frenchman, the Catalan giant president confirmed that they are in contact with Atletico about bringing him to Catalonia while he confessed to knowing where the Ajax center-back will end up at once the summer window closes.
