The Brazilian ace is pushing for an exit from PSG, but his dad does not see that happening in the near future.

Neymar might be keen on returning to Camp Nou, but his father practically squashed all chances of seeing a reunion of the MSN attack.

Speaking to Canal Supporters, Neymar Sr denied claims of having made a trip to Barcelona in order to facilitate is return to the Spanish giants.

Earlier this week, Brazilian outlet Esporte Interativo -which broke the news of Neymar's deal with PSG two years ago- alleged that Neymar's dad and his lawyer had met with a broker that helped them make the deal between Los Blaugranas and PSG. Neymar Sr. emphatically denied such claims. In fact, Neymar's father revealed that such a meeting is not on his immediate agenda.

"It's not planned anytime, I'm in Brazil and I'll stay here until my son returns to Paris," Neymar Sr. stated.

Neymar, spotted at the 2019 Copa América clash between Brazil and Paraguay last week.

Following Neymar Sr's claims, all reports regarding an alleged transfer fee set by PSG and the names of the players involved in this transfer as a sweetener have to be dismissed, since no one in the world can negotiate on Neymar's name other than his dad.

Neymar's situation has been one of the most-discussed topics of the ongoing summer transfer window, with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United being linked to the player's future. Regardless of those reports -and his best intentions-, it seems that Neymar will have to stay put at the French capital...for now.
