Who are Paraguay's key players for the 2019 Copa América?

Bruno Valdez – Club América's center back is one of the best defenders in the continent. His fine aerial game gives him an edge on both ends of the pitch, something that's come in handy for his club, especially when he goes out and scores goals right after a corner kick has been taken.

Miguel Almirón – The former Atlanta United midfielder became Newcastle's most expensive transfer of all time a few months ago. This 25-year-old footballer is looking to establish himself as a leader for Paraguay, and with his ball-handlind and dribbling skills, it seems like the tournament set to take place in Brazil will give him a chance to shine.

Eduardo Berizzo – Fresh off his stint with Sevilla, Berizzo took Paraguay's coaching gig in February 2019. This is his first experience coaching a National Team, where he will try to substitue his lack of experience by showing everything he picked up while coaching in La Liga.
