The Spanish side seems to be tired of all the gossip surrounding the striker.

Last year, Antoine Griezmann had everyone wondering where he was going to play in the season that's about to conclude. With constant rumors flying around everyday, Atlético Madrid execs don't want to have something of the sort repeating itself, and they are ready to have a meeting with the striker to clear the air between them.

Catalan-based newspaper Mundo Deportivo has revealed Atlético's intentions to hold a meeting with the footballer due to the alleged deal between Griezmann and the Blaugrana side. Griezmann's buyout clause will take a plunge this season, as per his contract, and Barcelona would be more than willing to pay the $134M transfer tag fee Atlético has slapped on the player.

President Enrique Cerezo wants to sit down and chat with the Frenchman with only one topic on his mind: to hear from Griezmann's own voice whether if he wants to leave the club or if he wants to stay. Atlético execs have been led to believe that Griezmann has already agreed terms with Barcelona, and they need to know if they need to hire a replacement for the talented footballer.

Griezmann has been linked to a move to Camp Nou several times, but there has always been a hurdle for this transfer to take place. Will we witness this move coming to fruition this summer?
