The German boss admitted the difficulty on facing the Blues due to their constant lineup changes under Maurizio Sarri.

The race to become Premier League champions is far from over for Liverpool, and Jürgen Klopp admits that his club needs all the help they can get, especially from their supporters.

Speaking ahead of the crunch tie against Chelsea, the German boss admitted that beating Chelsea will not be possible if the crowd at Anfield does not do their part. Hence, Klopp sent them a message prior to Sunday's matchup.

"The opponent is so strong and in a good moment. I want us all in a real fighting mood, all at Anfield and whoever is in front of the television, in a proper aggressive, fighting mood," Klopp said.

Klopp went on talking about how the Blues can make his work a bit harder due to their constant lineup shifts.

"Chelsea is in a good moment, so from the first second of the game we have to be a completely different opponent to all the others they have faced in recent weeks," Klopp stated.

"When you analyse the West Ham and the Slavia Prague games were completely different line up wise. They made a lot of changes and were still on their toes, and will make them probably again. So it is not too important who plays, it is more important how WE are. How can we bring real problems to them because you don't see that when you analyse them," the coach added.

Then, Klopp tried to ease the tension in the room by using an analogy, which was also meant to inspire those lucky enough to get tickets for Sunday's big game.

"If you take a 400m metre race they are all together. After 200m there are a few more all together. At 300m two are together and in the last 100m you go with all you have. In the last last part of the season we have to use everything we have," Klopp concluded.

The Reds will know in advance what they need to keep the top of the Premier League, since Manchester City will already have played their clash hours before they take the pitch against the Blues.
