The winner of each group will enter the semi-finals, while the last placed team in each group will be relegated to League B.

CONCACAF held the Nations League draw to determine how the tournament will be played during the FIFA International Break in September.

The six best teams in the region were given byes to avoid playing the first round, where teams from the Caribbean and the lower-ranked nations from Central America were included.

Today, football's governing body in the region revealed the groups where top teams like the USMNT, Mexico, Canada and Costa Rica will be playing. Each group will include three teams, with the winner making it to the Final Four, and the last place of each group will be relegated to League B.

League A

Group 1: USMNT, Canada, Cuba.

Group 2: Mexico, Panama, Bermuda.

Group 3: Honduras, Trinidad and Tobago, Martinica.

Group 4: Costa Rica, Haiti, Curaçao.

League B

Group 1: French Guiana, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Belize, Grenada.

Group 2: El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia, Montserrat.

Group 3: Jamaica, Guyana, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba.

Group 4: Nicaragua, Suriname, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica.

League C groups will be determined at a later date, along with the full schedule of games.
