The game against Olympique Lyon brought some sorrow to Los Blaugranas despite their 5-1 win.

There were good news and bad news for Barcelona after their UEFA Champions League win against Lyon on Wednesday evening. The good news, of course, came from their performace, which confirmed Los Blaugranas as a top title contender. Bad news came right after the game, when the team's medical staff were called upon to help Ousmane Dembele.

Now, the Barça wingman has been ruled out for almost a month after picking up a hamstring injury.

Dembelé had just returned to the pitch with Barcelona, following a recent injury. Wednesday's game against Lyon was the first for the French wingman since his injury, which makes some fans question Ernesto Valverde's decision to have him play a few minutes. Now, the player could miss up to seven games due to this injury, including the first and second legs of the team's UEFA Champions League clash, set to be known on Friday.

Betis, Espanyol, Villarreal, Atlético and Huesca are the teams that Dembele will not face during his spell on the sidelines, representing a major blow for Los Blaugranas due to their lack of options up front. Now, Ernesto Valverde will only have Philippe Coutinho and Kevin Prince-Boateng to fill that void, but none of them have proven to be useful for the Spanish manager in the ongoing season.
